CAMBRIDGE, Mass. (AP) 鈥� Rose Byrne, fresh off her Golden Globe Award win and Oscar nomination for the leading role in 鈥淚f I Had Legs I鈥檇 Kick You,” was named as the 2026 Woman of the Year by Harvard University鈥檚 Hasty Pudding Theatricals on Wednesday.
Byrne, who also has starred in 鈥淏ridesmaids,鈥� 鈥淣eighbors,鈥� 鈥淚nsidious,鈥� and 鈥淒amages,鈥� will be honored Feb. 13 with a parade through the streets of Cambridge, Massachusetts. After that, she will receive her pudding pot award at a celebratory roast. She will then attend a performance of Hasty Pudding Theatricals鈥� 177th production 鈥淪alooney Tunes.鈥�

Byrne, who is Australian, also acted in 鈥淛uliet, Naked,鈥� 鈥淕et Him to the Greek,鈥� and 鈥�28 Weeks Later.鈥� Her theater credits include 鈥淢edea, You Can鈥檛 Take it With You鈥� at the Brooklyn Academy of Music and she will star opposite Kelli O鈥橦ara in the revival of 鈥滷allen Angels” on Broadway starting in March.
