WASHINGTON 鈥� Some power outages still persist in Northern Virginia, although a majority have had it聽restored since thousands were without power Friday afternoon.
Less than 100聽Dominion Virginia Power customers in Northern Virginia are in the dark as of 4:30 p.m. At one point, more than 2,000 were in the dark.
A majority of the outages are in Fairfax, Virginia.
Dominion Power Spokesman Chuck Penn says the power company is working to restore power to all customers.
