SATURDAY NIGHT:
Partly Cloudy
Lows: 50-55
Winds: Southwest 5-10 mph
A stray shower is possible until sunset, otherwise partly cloudy and cool.

SUNDAY:
Increasing Clouds, Evening Showers
±á¾±²µ³ó²õ:Ìý80-85
°Â¾±²Ô»å²õ:ÌýSouthwest 10-15 mph
Mother’s Day turns quite warm and a bit more humid with highs pushing close to 80 in many neighborhoods around the Beltway. Much of the daytime actually looks mainly dry, especially during the morning and early afternoon, so there should be opportunities for brunches and outdoor plans. By late afternoon and especially Sunday night, showers and a few thunderstorms become more likely across the D.C. area as a cold front approaches from the northwest.

MONDAY:
Showers, Breezy
±á¾±²µ³ó²õ:Ìýaround 65
Winds: North 10-20 mph
Monday turns cooler again behind the departing cold front. A few lingering showers may still be around early in the morning, but conditions gradually trend drier through the afternoon as cooler air pours across the area. Northwest winds increase to around 10 to 20 mph at times, adding an extra chill to the air despite highs reaching the 60s. It will feel much different compared to the milder weekend, with another stretch of below normal temperatures expected to settle in early next week.

TUESDAY:
Mostly Sunny
Highs: around 65
°Â¾±²Ô»å²õ:ÌýNorthwest 10-15 mph
Sunshine returns in a much bigger way Tuesday with a cool and refreshing feel across the D.C. region. Morning temperatures will start in the 40s before afternoon highs recover into the middle 60s with low humidity and lighter winds. It looks like a beautiful spring day around the beltway with dry weather lasting through the evening hours.

WEDNESDAY:
Chance for Showers, Breezy
Highs: 57-63
Winds: South 5-15 mph; Gusts: 20-30 mph
Chance for showers ahead of our next weather maker. Stay tuned for details on severe threats with this system.
