was introduced Monday by Georgia Republican Rep. Jody Hice. The bill would rename Gravelly Point Park 鈥淣ancy Reagan Memorial Park,鈥� after the聽former first lady, who .
is just north of the main runway at , which was named after President Ronald Reagan, Nancy鈥檚 husband, in 1998. It鈥檚 a popular spot聽for cyclists, runners, recreational team sports, picnics and for those聽watching planes land and take off.
Hice鈥檚 bill has been聽referred to the House Committee on Natural Resources for further consideration.
