WASHINGTON – A Silver Alert was issued just after midnight Tuesday for a missing 75-year-old woman in Baltimore County.
Hilda Jean Ingram is black, 5-feet-6-inches tall, weighing 175 pounds, with black hair and brown/black eyes. She was wearing a blue sweatshirt and blue jeans.
According to police, Ingram was last seen around 8:30 a.m. Monday in Randallstown, Maryland. She could be driving a silver 2011 Ford Crown Victoria with Maryland license plates (69570HV).
