WASHINGTON — Off-street parking in downtown D.C. ranks in the top 10 for hourly and monthly costs, but D.C. parking is a bargain compared to New York.
Parkopedia, a parking app, and Parking Property Advisors, a parking consulting firm, rounded up in the 40 largest U.S. cities, using data from 650 garages representing more than 300,000 parking spaces.

The city with the cheapest average for hourly and monthly parking downtown parking is St. Louis, at just $2 an hour and $85 a month.
