WASHINGTON 鈥� U.S. House Republicans passed a major $1.5 trillion tax package Tuesday that the Senate is scheduled to vote on later this evening.
The House will need to vote again Wednesday on the package after Democrats said provisions in the bill violated Senate budget rules. That vote will happen after the Senate amends and passes the bill.
