Official activity was contained to the right shoulder, but it’s slow going, and it’s compounded by a nearby crash in the center lane of southbound U.S. 29/Colesville Road before University Boulevard.

Another crash on I-395 southbound at U.S. 1/Crystal City in Virginia is causing huge headaches inside the Beltway. A truck on its side was blocking the left two lanes. The scene was cleared around 7:30 a.m. Delays remain.

“395 into D.C. is a parking lot!” wrote one listener to ²ÝÝ®´«Ã½ in an email.

Issues for Virginians don’t stop there.

A third crash on I-95 northbound near Woodbridge on the Prince William Parkway is causing major delays.
