WASHINGTON — The rocked through the District Saturday. D.C. police have now lifted all road closures along the race’s route except for the festivities space near the D.C. Armory.

The last runner finished the race shortly after 1 p.m. Police started opening up roads on a rolling basis beginning around 10 a.m.

The event started at 7 a.m. Some streets were closed as early as 2 a.m.
