WASHINGTON — What would it look like if聽Matthew McConaughey brought his to the Metro?
A new parody video is answering the question and giving the聽Metro the McConaughey treatment in the latest spoof of the Academy Award-winning actor鈥檚 car ad.
鈥淵ou don鈥檛 ride the Metro because it makes sense, you do it because you have to, or because Uber is on surge pricing,鈥� a McConaughey-wannabe, portrayed by Matt Abedi, says.
As of Tuesday morning, the video, which shows a rambling 鈥淢cConaughey鈥� in the Metro and the D.C. area, has been viewed more than 5,000 times since its Dec. 19 posting.
