WASHINGTON 鈥� Police have identified a聽man who was found in the water near the Tidal Basin earlier this month.
On , police say 70-year-old FuzzWoody Short Fuzzy, of Northwest D.C., was found between the Tidal Basin and a bridge carrying Interstate 395 across the Washington Channel of the Potomac River.
At the time, police said the man had a laminated business card around his neck, reading 鈥淔uzz W.S. Fuzzy Shoe Shine Doctor.鈥�
