WASHINGTON — Police in D.C. are investigating after a man’s body was found in Georgetown Monday afternoon.
The man, identified as Ronald Arthur Windsor, 47, of Vale, North Carolina, was found after 5 p.m. on June 22 in the water near the 2900 block of K Street NW.
He was unconscious and unresponsive and D.C. Fire and Emergency Medical Services determined there were “no signs consistent with life.”
An autopsy is pending.
