WASHINGTON (AP) 鈥� Metro officials are looking for anyone who saw or was harassed by a group of teenagers on the Red Line Thursday afternoon during rush hour.
Metro spokesman Dan Stessel says Metro police received a call around 4:40 p.m. Thursday reporting a group of about 20 teenagers who were yelling, teasing and harassing passengers after the group boarded a train at the NoMa-Gallaudet U station heading toward Shady Grove. Stessel says several teens grabbed the hat off one passenger. Television station WRC-TV (bit.ly/1m5d7i7) reports the teens hit another man in the face with a snowball and began beating him.
Stessel says police met the train at the Gallery Place station and several of the teens were identified and removed from the train.
