WASHINGTON — A man was fatally shot on M Street, in Northwest D.C., on Tuesday night.
The D.C. police say they got a call about gunshots just before 9 p.m. and found the man unconscious but breathing on M Street between North Capitol and First streets.
He was taken to the hospital where he later died. The police are still investigating the shooting, and haven’t released the name of the victim or any suspects.
