WASHINGTON 鈥� D.C. police are looking for Sophia Proctor, 9, who has been deemed as “” by authorities and was last seen about 3:30 p.m. on Tuesday.聽She was also last seen at the 1000 block of 14th Street NW.
Proctor is a young black girl, four feet eight inches tall, between 50 to 60 pounds, with black hair, brown eyes and medium-brown skin complexion. She was last spotted wearing a white dress with a white sweater, white headband and silver shoes.
D.C. police have stated that they believe she is with her biological mother,聽Julia Proctor, 27, who was last seen driving a聽1998 Volvo with D.C. tags EK2268.
