D.C. police say they have arrested a man suspected of breaking into a house in Columbia Heights early Sunday morning and sexually assaulting a woman.
Theodore Tinsley, 26, has been charged with burglary one and first-degree sexual abuse.
The break-in happened shortly before 6:30 a.m. Sunday in the 3600 block of 13th Street Northwest, according to D.C. police. After assaulting the woman, the suspect ran away on foot.
