The 2-year-old boy D.C. police said was kidnapped by his father on Monday has been found.
The child had been last seen on Chesapeake Street in Southeast around midnight with his father, Alvin Young, who was driving a black Chevy Tahoe with unknown paper tags.
D.C. police said the case remains under investigation.
