WASHINGTON — One of the newest recruits at the is getting ready to assume her role as the long ears of the law.
CJ is just seven weeks old, and arrived at the department last week from Alabama. She’s a bloodhound, and once she’s trained up she’ll join Bolt and Silas as K9 officers, helping their human colleagues find missing people with her native-born tracking abilities.
For now, however, she’s just lolling about. Adorably.
