WASHINGTON 鈥� A mother and her young daughter have been missing since Sunday night, and the mom may be in need of medical attention.
Gail Ferro, 27, and her 3-year-old daughter, Maya Ferro, were last seen around 6:30 p.m. Sunday at their home in the 2900 block of聽Strathmeade Street in the Falls Church area of Fairfax County, Virginia, police said.
They may have left in a聽blue 2012 Toyota Highlander with Virginia plates VJG-2156, according to Fairfax County police.
Gail Ferro has brown hair and blue eyes; her height is around 5 feet 4 inches and she weighs about 115 pounds. Maya Ferro is described as having blonde hair and blue eyes; she weighs around 30 to 40 pounds.
