WASHINGTON 鈥� Police are searching for a car that was involved in a hit-and-run crash on Fairfax County Parkway Monday morning.
The crash was a head-on collision that happened on the parkway near Lee Chapel Road.
A car drifted across the median onto the wrong side of the road at around 7 a.m., Fairfax County police said.
Two people in the car that was struck were taken to the hospital with minor injuries.
Police are looking for a green car with front-end damage from the crash.
One southbound lane was closed while police investigated the crash, but all lanes had reopened by 8:15 a.m.
