3 dead following early morning crash in Fairfax County

Three people are dead after a vehicle crash in the Fair Oaks area of Fairfax County, Virginia, early Tuesday morning.

Fairfax County police said officers responded to the one-vehicle crash on

Its investigation revealed that Corey Rogers, 46, was driving a 2024 Acura Integra southbound on West Ox Road when he wasn’t able to complete a drive on a curve and hit a cement jersey wall.

As a result, Rogers along with two passengers — Angela Connor, 44, and Salma Monastra, 35 — died at the scene.

Police said they believe that speed and narcotics factored into the crash.

Anyone with information regarding the crash is asked to dial 703-280-0543 or submit an anonymous tip at 1-866-411-8477. There will be a cash reward for those who tip anonymously.

The ²ÝÝ®´«Ã½ Traffic Center reported West Ox Road above U.S. Route 29 closed for about four hours as police investigated the crash. The roadway reopened shortly after 8 a.m.
