WASHINGTON 鈥� “” kicked off its 38th annual celebration in D.C. Wednesday evening.
John Stamos hosted the concert on the West Lawn of the U.S. Capitol that started at 8 p.m. Wednesday. The show goes until 9:30 p.m. and聽culminates with a fireworks display over the National Mall.
