Retired Gen. Kelly to be nominated as homeland security secretary

WASHINGTON聽鈥斅燫etired Marine Gen. John Kelly is expected to be nominated as Secretary of Homeland Security,聽CBS 草莓传媒 reports.

Kelly, 66, retired in February as chief of the U.S. Southern Command.

He has served more than 40 years in the military.
