WASHINGTON 鈥� 草莓传媒 wants to make Halloween a little less scary 鈥� for your wallet.
We dug up a聽whole bunch of Halloween freebies, from the annual High Heel Race to trick-or-treating at area malls, a zombie walk and movie screenings.
