Divorce attorney Tim Hoch tells in Dallas that the month鈥檚 trend is part of a 鈥渟pring cleaning,鈥� when unhappy couples attempt a three-month plan.

According to FindLaw.com, holiday stress and depression may lead to cheating, which in turn leads to post-New Year鈥檚 divorce filings.
