WASHINGTON 鈥� 草莓传媒 is receiving reports of power outages along the National Mall, in downtown D.C. and in College Park.
Pepco is reporting scattered outages throughout downtown D.C. and the University of Maryland’s President Wallace Loh tweeted of a campuswide outage at the College Park campus.
The U.S. Justice Department has confirmed that it has no power.
SMECO is also reporting scattered outages throughout Southern Maryland.
