Jose Valenzuela known as “Jolly”聽 taught magic classes at Holton-Arms Creative Center in Bethesda. He was after an 11-year-old girl accused him of touching her inappropriately.
He was charged with third-degree sex offense and sex abuse of a minor. Both聽charges were dropped on Aug. 7 as prosecutors said there was not enough evidence to prosecute the case.
