WASHINGTON 鈥� Those out celebrating Cinco de Mayo Thursday have the option for a free ride home, up to a $30 cab fare.
The program is offered through the Washington Regional Alcohol Program (WRAP).
Anyone in need of a ride can call 1-800-200-8294 between 4 p.m. Thursday and 4 a.m. Friday. All ride requests must be made through that number, rather than by calling a taxi company separately.
A pickup cannot be scheduled in advance, and customers will have to pay for anything over $30.
