WASHINGTON — An off-duty Maryland State Trooper has been charged in connection with forcing a sex act at gunpoint.
Brian Tucker, an 18-year veteran from Fort Washington, Maryland, was arrested Monday in Capitol Heights.
According to Prince George’s County Police, Tucker, 43, had arranged to pay a woman for a sex act. The聽victim claims he wanted more and pointed a gun at her, demanding another sex act.
A Prince George’s County police officer spotted the SUV parked in a cul-de-sac early Monday morning.
Tucker was arrested and charged with first degree sex offense and a handgun charge.
The gun was not his service weapon.
Tucker has been suspended without pay, according to Maryland State Police.
