WASHINGTON 鈥� Maryland Gov. Larry Hogan has declared a state of emergency for part of the state beginning Friday ahead of Tropical Storm Hermine鈥檚 arrival, including some counties in the 草莓传媒 listening area.
The state of emergency impacts聽Caroline, Cecil, Dorchester, Kent, Queen Anne’s, Somerset, Talbot, Wicomico, Worcester, Calvert, Charles, and St. Mary’s counties.
The commonwealth of Virginia is under a state of emergency too.
