ABERDEEN, Md. (AP) — A boy spent about 30 minutes trapped in a claw arcade game at a hotel in Maryland before being freed.
Authorities say the boy climbed through the game’s prize door Saturday evening and could not get out. Â Harford County officials say the boy was trapped for about 30 minutes before the arcade machine owner arrived with a key to get him out.
A spokeswoman for Harford County Volunteer Fire & EMS Association, Jenn Chenworth, said she did not know how old the boy was. The Baltimore Sun reports (http://bsun.md/2qO2o30 ) Chenworth didn’t know whether the boy received a toy for his efforts
She told the paper: “I think his biggest prize was getting released.”
