WASHINGTON — Police located a missing Montgomery County 16-year-old Tuesday after she was missing for more than a week.
On Tuesday, police say they located 16-year-old Chelsea Denise Ledesma of the 11600 block of Elkins Street in Wheaton. She was located safe and unharmed after she had last been seen on Aug. 1.
