WASHINGTON 鈥� Students across the country participated in walkouts Wednesday to protest gun violence.
Hundreds marched to the Capitol, and had gathered earlier in Lafayette Park for 17 minutes of silence in honor of those killed聽at Florida鈥檚 Marjory Stoneman Douglas High School last month. More than 28 D.C.-area schools are participating in Wednesday’s walkouts.
