WASHINGTON – D.C. Mayor Vincent Gray is holding his monthly breakfast meeting with members of the D.C. Council. This is the first time the executive has met with the legislative arm of the District government since former Councilmember Harry Thomas Jr., Ward 5, resigned.
Gray will hold his bi-weekly press conference shortly after the breakfast meeting.
