GREENBELT, Md. – A Prince George’s County school bus driver has admitted to inappropriately touching a child and videotaping the incident.
Scott Smallwood pleaded guilty in federal court Tuesday to two counts of exploiting a child in the production of child pornography.
Smallwood touched the 7-year-old boy and offered him Starburst candies to do the same, while taping with his phone.
The boy’s family members sobbed quietly in the front row of the courtroom as prosecutors described the boy pleading for Smallwood to stop.
Prosecutors say they’ll ask for the maximum sentence of 60 years in prison when Smallwood is sentenced in June.
