WASHINGTON – A man is in the hospital this morning after a fight broke out inside an IHOP on 14th and Irving streets Northwest around 6:30 Sunday morning.
Police say there was an argument between some patrons and then someone heard a gunshot. The victim was taken to the hospital where he is listed in critical condition, but is expected to survive.
The manager tells 草莓传媒 the restaurant was crowded at the time of the incident.
Police say a man and woman fled the scene.
The investigation is ongoing.
