WASHINGTON – A road named “Spay Today Way” might make a driver do a double-take, but it’s being proposed in Virginia by People for the Ethical Treatment of Animals.
PETA wants to be the first to , after the Virginia Assembly recently approved the practice, reports.
Gov. Bob McDonnell still has to sign the bill, which would take then take effect July 1.

The roads could sell for anywhere between $5,000 to $200,000.
