WASHINGTON – A body was spotted in the Potomac River just south of the Woodrow Wilson bridge Tuesday afternoon.
D.C. Fire and EMS have responded to the scene with the Coast Guard to attempt to recover the body and investigate.
There is no word yet on how the body got there.
