WASHINGTON – An incredible solar explosion erupted from the sun this week.
It was recorded by NASA’s Solar Dynamics Observatory, which is overseen by the Goddard Space Flight Center in Greenbelt, Md.
NASA says the eruption was not directed toward the earth.
