WASHINGTON – A video posted online shows a Baltimore tourist being punched in the face, and not only do the onlookers not help him — they laugh.
Things get worse from there.
The crowd then strips him naked and takes his belongings — including his car keys, watch and phone.
reports the incident happened on St. Patrick’s Day. The victim had apparently been out partying, and woke up in his hotel room with a black eye and scraps and bruises, but no memory of what happened that night.
Police say that the video has lead to several leads, but no arrests have been made.
