WASHINGTON – The search is on for an alleged child rape suspect.
Fredericksburg police say Jonathan Rodriguez Arzuaga, 20, of an unknown address, is charged with rape of a victim under the age of 13, forcible sodomy and abduction.
The offenses happened at a home on Airport Avenue. Arzuaga is an acquaintance of the victim’s family.
Arzuaga is described as a white male, 5 feet 8 inches tall, weighing 175 pounds with pierced ears and pierced eyebrow.
He has relatives in the Woodford area of Caroline County.
