RGIII’s new trademark move protected by law

WASHINGTON – Forget “The Tebow.” The Redskins’ new hot quarterback isn’t wasting any time developing his trademark move.

For Robert Griffin III, however, it will be protected by law.

Before taking a single snap on the Landover gridiron, Griffin hired an attorney, established his own company, Thr3escompany, LLC, and is waiting to hear back from the U.S. patent office on four trademarks: RGIII, RG3, Robert Griffin III and Unbelievably Believable, reports.

The first three trademark filings were for “shirts, sweatshirts, jackets, pants, shorts, footwear, hats, caps, athletic uniforms,” according to .
