WASHINGTON – Less than two months after a video surfaced of a man , new footage shows a similarly disturbing crime in New York.
A man passed out cold on a sidewalk in Westchester County, N.Y. recently. A group of young people came across him, and instead of calling for help, one begins moving him around to take off his shoes and root through his pockets while others stand guard.
At one point, another large group of young people walk by, appraise the situation and continue walking.
Multiple people ended up robbing the man, including one woman who steals his belt.
