WASHINGTON – It’s becoming increasingly easy to move into the White House.

Yet another residence modeled after 1600 Pennsylvania Ave. NW was on the market in the D.C. area, this one for almost two-thirds of the original asking price. The 15,000-square-foot mansion in Haymarket, Va., was described on at least one as a “fixer-upper” with “rehab potential,” reports .

The original asking price for the foreclosed home was $1,445,000. It went for $865,000.

This White House has six bedrooms and seven bathrooms — slightly fewer than the 16 beds, 35 baths .
