WASHINGTON – Human skeletal remains have been found in a wooded area off of I-95 in Virginia.
Stafford County police say a truck driver, who discovered the remains near the northbound off-ramp at exit 140, called 911 immediately.
Stafford County and Virginia State Police responded to the scene and are looking into the discovery. The investigation is ongoing.
