WASHINGTON – Arlington County police are asking the public to help find a man who is accused of sexually assaulting a 7-year-old girl.
The suspect, Toribio Antonio Rodriguez-Soriano, is a 31-year-old Hispanic male with black hair and brown eyes. He is approximately 5-feet-5-inches tall and weighs 160 pounds.
