WASHINGTON – A four-year-old boy is in serious condition after falling from an apartment building window in Silver Spring Thursday afternoon.
Montgomery County police say the boy fell around 3:15 p.m. in the 8800 block of Piney Branch Road.
The boy fell around 80 feet and has significant injuries. He was taken to a local hospital.
Police are investigating how the boy fell — to see if any crime was committed.
