WASHINGTON – Looking to blow off some Sandy-induced steam? There are plenty of notable music events to help you unwind over the weekend.

This weekend’s top music picks include folk, funk, a dance party and metal.

Friday

brings its unique brand of metal to the . Dethklok started out as a virtual band featured in Adult Swim’s television show, Metalocalypse. The real-life version of the band first toured in 2007, and has released three albums.
