WASHINGTON – Authorities have released a sketch of a suspect wanted for indecent exposure in a Montgomery County park.
Maryland National Capital Park Police say the suspect was seen masturbating during the afternoon of Oct. 9 at Black Hill Regional Park on a trail behind Anndyke Way.
Police describe the suspect as a white or Hispanic male about 18 years old who speaks with a slight accent. He was wearing a dark blue shirt and multi-colored shorts that resembled swim trunks.
