Gold’s offers suggestions to help wayward exercisers get back on track. Among the suggestions are to take a group class, use technology tools and get a work-out buddy or support group for encouragement.
Fitness experts at Gold’s also recommend people quit using numbers on a scale to measure progress. They suggest instead focusing on feeling more fit.
